3. Google Sign-In
If you choose "Continue with Google", we receive from your Google account only
your name, email address and profile picture (openid,
email and profile scopes). We do not access your Gmail, contacts,
Drive, calendar or any other data in your Google account.
We use this data solely to identify you on Robotita, link your appointment searches to your account and send you notifications about them. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties other than Firebase Authentication (Google), which handles sign-in.
Robotita's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. How we use your data
- To search for and book the appointment you request on your behalf (performance of the service).
- To charge for the service and issue invoices.
- To notify you by email, WhatsApp, SMS or push notification about the status of your search, the appointment obtained and reminders.
- To handle your questions, complaints and refund requests.
- To prevent fraud and abuse of the service, and to comply with legal and accounting obligations.
We do not send advertising or marketing newsletters, and we do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects concerning you.
5. Who we share data with
Only with the providers needed to deliver the service, acting as data processors:
- Google (Firebase Authentication): sign-in.
- Stripe: payment processing.
- Amazon Web Services: database, email delivery and screenshot storage.
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Messaging providers (WhatsApp and LabsMobile for SMS): sending notifications.
- The Spanish public administration: your search data is entered on the corresponding official website, as this is required to book the appointment.
Some of these providers are located in the United States. Transfers are made with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). We do not sell your data to anyone.
6. Data retention
We keep your data while your search is active and, afterwards, for as long as needed to handle claims and comply with accounting and tax obligations. Cl@ve Permanente credentials can be deleted at any time from your dashboard. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your data, except for what we are legally required to keep (for example, invoices).
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@robotita.com from the email address linked to your account. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
You can also revoke Robotita's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
8. Security and minors
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encrypted HTTPS connections, restricted database access, providers with security certifications) to protect your data. The service is not directed at children under 14; procedures for minors must be handled by their parents or legal guardians.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date and, if the change is significant, we will notify you by email.
